(1) Do you have a product catalog

(2) Is there a minimum order?


Ans: No, you can order any quantity.

(3) I have a question, how do I contact you?

SECTION B: Online Shopping FAQ

(1) Why should i purchase online at the first place? Do i enjoy any discount?

Ans: Shopping online is extremely convenient. You save your valuable traveling Time, Petrol, Parking Fees and Toll Fees.

(2) I'm a newbie to online shopping, can you teach me how to start shopping online?

Ans: Online shopping is just as easy as you were shopping in local Hypermarket like Giant or Carrefour. We would suggest you to read the following:

(3) How do i trust you that you are a Genuine Swarovski Crystal Beads supplier?

Ans: We give you a 14 days money back guaranteed, NO QUESTION ASK if you are not satisfy with our products. 

(4) How long will you take to process my order?

Ans: Your order will normally be shipped out within 1 - 2 working days. We strive for our best to ship out your goods on the same day for payment received before 12:00pm, however, this is not guaranteed. Tracking number will be advised once we have shipped out your goods.

(5) What method do you use for shipping?

Ans: For local orders, we use either Skynet or Pos Laju only. For international orders, we use competitive rate Registered Air Mail or DHL Express (upon request).

(6) What are your shipping rates?

Ans: For domestic orders, we charge a flat rate of RM5 for orders ship to West Malaysia (Up to 3 Kgs) and RM7.50 to East Malaysia (Up to 2 Kgs). Additional charge of RM5 per kg will be imposed. For international orders, shipping rates are determined by actual weight, to be advised after you have checked out your order.

(7) Can I place order online and later self collect at your store? Is there any shipping charges in this case?

Ans: You may drop by during weekends (we open on Sat & Sun from 10:00am-6:30pm) after you have placed order online and there is no shipping charges for self collect. Please select Self Collect Option during check out. You may also pay over the counter during collection.

(8) What happens if an item is out of stock?

Ans: If an item is not in stock when you order, you offer you the option to refund or replace with similar item by asking your permission before shipping out your goods.

2 reasons why the stocks availability shown Online doesn't match with the Actual Stock available:
a) We are both Online Store and Brick-and-mortar store. Goods purchased from our offline store doesn't decrease the value of quantity box in web.
b) There are as much 30% unpaid orders from Online. Goods that are put into the shopping cart will subtract the value in quantity box.

(9) What shall i do if i don't receive my goods after you have shipped out our goods?

Ans: It normally take 1 working day for SKYNET to deliver your goods to your door. Some areas might need 1 extra working day. For tracking purpose, you may visit their official website or call the SKYNET service center nearest to your area. You may found their contact number at their website too.

(10) Can I combine 2 or more orders to save shipping charges?

Ans: Yes, but please do not submit too many different orders that consists of only 1 or 2 products per order. Please review your shopping cart carefully before check out. Select Combine Shipping & remind us after making payment.

(11) Is there any extra charges if I make payment via Paypal?

Ans: Yes there is service charge and also currency conversion charges by bank.


SECTION C: Brick-and-mortar Store FAQ

(1) Can I purchase directly from your Store at Wangsa Maju?

Ans: Yes. Take note we open on Weekends only (Sat & Sun) from 10:00am - 6:30pm. Our store is not open for work-in purchase during weekdays.

(2) Do you accept credit card?

Ans: No, we accept cash only.

(3) Can I get the same price as shown online if I purchase direct from your store?

Ans: Yes.

(4) I have seen some products in your store but not available online. Can I request it to be added online?

Ans: Sorry, we can't.
